Nikki Maldonado

Nikki Maldonado (she/her) is a Learning and Development leader, with ~15 years of specialized experience in sales, leadership, coaching, DEI, and communication skills. Nikki’s passion for building community and fostering connection led to a career developing professional education programs for top brands like Apple, Canada Goose, and Casper. She now oversees all L&D programming at Parachute Home. When not deep in the weeds of L&D, Nikki spends her time with her cat, Mush Mush, and dog, Gravy.
