Lauren Sullivan
As Assistant Corporate Secretary, Lauren manages corporate governance for the American Red Cross, overseeing the organization’s governing documents, Board and committee meetings, Board communications, and official records. In addition, Lauren is the leading Red Cross expert on investment and benefit plan governance.
Lauren has been at the Red Cross for more than 18 years holding positions in fundraising, government relations, and in the CEO’s office first as a Special Assistant and then as Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to joining the American Red Cross full-time, Lauren worked for the French Ministry of Education as a high school teaching assistant in English and History.
Lauren received an honors Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in History, Political Science, and French from the University of Delaware in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the same institution in 2024.
